One rangetop burner would only stay lit with the knob held down. The thermocouple was coated after a boil-over. He cleaned and reseated it, then checked the other three while he was here.

An induction zone kept cutting out under a full stockpot. Its cooling fan was choked with grease and the fine dust that gets into everything out here. Cleaned, tested, and nobody tried to sell me a board.
